If you're anything like myself, you're constantly on the go and it's easy to forget to take care of yourself. I encourage you to take a 30 second break from your busy life and reflect on your mental health.

- Where do you sit on this chart?

- Are there certain things that contribute to your     stress more than others? 

- Do you need to take some time away from your   busy schedule to take care of yourself?

Being able to reflect on these things and acknowledging when you're in the orange and red zones does not mean that you're "weak." 

 

You're HUMAN it's okay to not be okay.
